Tuition and academic services are governed by the separate Sakha Student & Parent/Guardian Terms of Service and applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Where a Parent/Guardian submits information or an enquiry relating to a minor, the Parent/Guardian confirms that they are authorised to provide that information and act on behalf of the student.

Sakha aims to ensure that information published on the website is accurate and reasonably up to date.
However, information regarding:

- subjects
- curriculum
- availability
- fees
- schedules
- educators
- batches
- workshops

may change from time to time.
